News - Bus service to help South Gwent rail commuters

20th October 2011

A new rail link bus service for the Severn Tunnel Junction station will be launched next month for commuters in Magor and Caldicot.

The new service, which is being run by Grass Routes community transport bus, will operate from door to door or from the commuter’s nearest bus stop.

Operation times are between 6.30am and 8.30am and 4.30pm and 6pm.

The service, which is being promoted at Caldicot station this week by lobby group Severn Tunnel Action Group, begins on November 21. It will replace the number 62 bus service.

Users of the service must be Grass Routes members. For an application form call 0800 085 8015 or get more information here
